Unfortunately for our family wonderful Dr. Ringdahl has retired! I visited the new dentist that has taken over his practice, and was very dissatisfied with her approach. I felt like I was being told only anything she saw that was negative, and was very put off by her! We will be choosing another dental office!

Dr Ringdahl is awesome! I'm a little nervous about dentist (who isn't??), But Dr Ringdahl was super sensitive and very caring. His staff is great as well, Mary, his receptionist is a doll and the other Mary, his assistant, is very sweet and empathetic to my needs.

I was impressed. From the soothing music to the time they spent with me. I definitely knew they took a holistic approach to their service.

never a favorite thing to do.. going to the Dentist. BUT.. I have to say the staff, Dr. Ringdahl and his friendly & gentle manner make it not just tolerable but a really good experience! Billing is always explained & very reasonable. Never a long wait, always in within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment. Also has evening appts available. So glad I found Tri City Dental!!

Dr. Ringdahl was very professional and had a friendly, easy manner. He did the cleaning on my teeth himself and was considerate and gentle. He was interested in each of my family members and we conversed as though we were old friends. The dental hygenist and the receptionist were both professional and friendly as well. I appreciate that combination since I've visited dental offices where the staff is too familiar with one another and no longer convey a professional attitude.

I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean.
