To make it short: Dr. Yeo could easily be considered a butcher. I have never known so much pain in my life. - and I thought childbirth was painful! The novocaine did not work. Even though I told him I was not numb at all, he just kept on going!

I was scared of dentists before .. now, I'm terrified!

Never even got seen by Dr. they do not allow parents back in the room during exam, they expected you to send your young child (mine are 6 and younger) back while you wait in the waitng room. In my mind this is completely unexceptable and they should not call themselves a family dentist, I fell this is the reason my HMO set me up with them seeing that I have three young children.
