They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

Dr. Yates and his staff are very caring, professional, and kind. His new office is extremely beautiful and comfortable. I have had several dentists in the past, but Dr. Yates is by far the best. He has been my dentist now for 10 years and I wouldn't ever think of changing. I highly recommend him! :)
