Their equipment was current, nothing special though. I wish they would update their equipment a little more. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

Their office staff is unavailable by phone and there was a problem with contacting my insurance company and instead of trying to resolve it, they sent it to collection which was very upsetting, since it was merely a problem of an insurance payment getting lost in the mail.
