Dr. Au has been my husband's dentist since he was 13. He's now 40 and our kids are his patients too. He's gentle, knowledgeable and most of all caring. We drive 40 miles to see him because he's that good. We won't go anywhere else.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
They keep the restrooms well-stocked here.
You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
They really go above and beyond to make me feel cared for.
