This woman is a shrew, after "permanently" setting a crown, she discovered during the follow up visit that she had imprecisely seated the crown and said it had to be redone. During the torturous removal process, I remarked that I expected the second attempt to be perfect. Dr Chu replied that if I expected perfect I was welcome to go to another dentist, in the midst of this disaster.
During the second crown fitting I said to Dr. Chu that the gap was too great and it would be a problem. She said "I was going to have to live with it". Stupid me, I did not know what to do other than never go back. Even the office manager, Rhonda said to me that Dr. Chu had screwed up royally this time.
I have had problems with the crown ever since - food trapped and ongoing irritation.
