Doctor is wonderful. Kelly at the front desk should not be interacting with patients. Be ready for a confrontational and dismissive attitude. (Even if you are polite in return).

This is the second time I have had a procedure done by Dr. Hickle and both times they have made me feel very comfortable. The Dr. and assistant know how to make the whole experience free of pain and worry. Most pleasant.
I left with printed instructions for after care that were explained to my ride and I with great care. I highly recommend this office and doctor.
