I'VE KNOWN DR. LU SINCE HE FIRST SARTED PRACTICE - FROM THE VERY BEGINNING HE WAS A CARING SUPERIOR DENTIST. LATER I HAD SEVER PAIRS OF DENTURES MADE BY HIM - GOT MANY COMPLIMENTS ON MY SMILE - THEY LOOKED SO NATURAL NO ONE SUSPECTED THEY WERE DENTURES. AFTER ABOUT 20-25 YRS AND HIS HAVING MOVED FAR AWAY, I'M GOING BACK TO HIM DESPITE THE DISTANCE..

They are always very thorough and conscientious with my teeth cleaning. They always make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. It was very obvious that they take pride in the office's appearance. It is one of the best looking offices. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I was very impressed. They surpass all my expectations and I will be going back. They would never leave me unattended and they always make me feel cared for.

1st time going here today. My parents & a co-worker had gone before & couldn't say enough about him. He is very honest, upfront & does not try to empty your pocket book like most other dentists. His staff super friendly too!!! Actually look forward to going to the dentist now. :-)

There are not enough stars to rate Dr. Lu and his staff . We have been going to Dr. Lu for approximately 25 years. When my children were growing up they called him "the no pain dentist." I had a friend who also was a patient of Dr. Lu and she is terrified of dentists and has panic attacks before appointments. He is the only dentist she will work with. When she moved to Sacramento she would drive back to Rowland Heights to see Dr. Lu whenever she needed any dental work. Do yourself a favor, go see Dr. Lu. You won't regret it.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
