We searched for a Dentist for 3 years since we moved to yucaipa,could not find one,that showed concern ,we read reviews and have been completely satisfied with Dr Chang and her staff they make you feel like a person and not money,my wife was scared of dentists for the longest time and now she has no fear,and a million dollar smile,Dr Chang has fixed my teeth and is working on my daughter,s at her office in Hesperia ca. Never have i met a more professional team in my life-very clean office not like some where you won,t put your hands down all and all a 5 star to us!!!

I was happy with this Dentist. The staff is very friendly and they took time with me and made sure I had all my questions answered. I was anxious so I really appreciated that they didn't rush me. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office tries to get me in at the earliest visit if I have an emergency. I have already told my neighbor about my pleasant visit and gave her the dental office number to call for an appointment for herself.

I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They are always polite however,I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. My mother has alzheimers and Dr Bryant had to replace a crown a month after he did it. We waited for over a month for the permanent crowns and he didn't put a temp crown on because he couldn't be bothered. One year later the tooth Iis gone yet again. Please don't trust your loved ones to this dentist!

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable
