Had a cleaning done here and went great. :) Unfortunately, had a few cavities :( decided to get them taken care of here since their quoted price was only $50 more than if I stayed in my PPO network. :) Fillings turned out great but then received a bill for nearly twice the original quoted price. Being in the healthcare field and billing CPT codes on a daily basis I completely understand that the estimate fluctuates maybe $50-$100 regularly from what is paid/covered by insurance. However, a quote that is more than $400 off after they have checked on my benefits is unheard of! I cannot imagine telling my patients at my practice that they would owe roughly $450 then hitting them up with a $900 bill. I always like to try and just talk things out vs. complaining. Therefore, I attempted to work this out with their clinic in a reasonable fashion because people always deserve the benefit of the doubt! Unfortunately, the response is "you can either get your insurance to pay more or you can pay it." Needless to say, they have lost my business. I would think that positive rapport and a patient for life would be worth more than $400 to a business that relies heavily on return customers but I guess not.

It is unfortunate to say, I would not recommend this facility. First let me say, my BFF has been going to this place since she was two, and the other day, this VERY RUDE receptionist by the name of Shandra was completely and totally UNPROFESSIONAL. How can someone think that asking such impertinent questions in a manner to embarrass her customer is even acceptable? OUTRAGEOUS. Bad manned. bad tempered. She should not be working with customers with such poor customer service. // Now, for my issue. The dentist I had was careless. It took 4 tries to numb my jaw. He barely had patience to wait 5 minutes for each injection to take affect. It took over an hour. Worst yet, having my mouth crammed open so long ripped a muscle in my jaw. When I complained, he claimed I caught a childhood illness and should go see a doctor. BOGUS. With rest and massage techniques, my muscle healed in 3 weeks. I was NOT sick. Dr, Musso is the ONLY dentist worth seeing. if they give you Dr. Weiss, RUN.
