They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I love this place! I won't go anywhere else and I travel to Anaheim from Oceanside.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I wish they had made an extra effort to use better toothpaste during my cleaning. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I have had problems with 7 day Dental which tried to rip us off at every corner by trying to force us to pay for things that were needed. Our insurance reported them since they billed them for things they did not even do. My dentist now is awesome and the staff are so sweet. One staff member even helped my husband by holding my 6 month old while he got a filling. And my son didn't cry at all (miracle for him lol). Such a sweet and HONEST office! In my opinion and my husband's they are a diamond in the rough!
