The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They do not deal truthfully with their clients. Insurance companies do not require your social security number to pay a claim, but if you prefer not to give them your tax ID, they will refuse to treat you. They may tell you that insurance requires the number, but according to Blue Cross customer service, that's a lie!
