I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to
