I did experience some pain, but it wasn't too bad. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
