They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
