They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

Sat in the office for 2 hours while waiting on my wife who he had forgotten about. Then received no apology. After a 10 minute consultation. He sold my wife a product he had sold to every other patient he had seen that day. Seemed like he was pushing a product more than the needs of his patients.
