One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Dr. Hersman is a highly-skilled diagnostician and very efficient at his art. He's friendly, thorough, and very responsive to patient needs for optical goods for a variety of workplace and lifestyle vision needs. In addition to general optometry practice,
Dr. Hersman is a skilled care provider for people with low vision. His staff is friendly and efficient too. His office includes an optical shop so vision care needs can be addressed in a single stop.
