Never, they are very reliable.

I was very impressed with the level of knowledge that they had about different types of contacts. They were so helpful that they even recommended a brand that they thought would be appropriate for my lifestyle. I I love the location on Sunset Ponds in Burnsville, very safe. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Will for sure go back next year!

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I recommend Dr. Reinders to all of my family and friends.

Your "Complete eye exam" was just that. I have NEVER had an eye exam as good as with Dr. Reinders. He took the time to explain my very complicated Rx. The selection of eyewear was awsome and the staff was very knowlegable. I will definatly be back next year!
