I have been going to Lange Eye Care for almost ten years or more. Dr Michael Lange and his centers have treated all of my family and I would not trust my eyes or my families eyes to anyone else.

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

No, they were on time

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Absolutely, I can finally see well again!

Lange Eye care has always been very helpful to my entire family. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I am always impressed with the continuous updates in the technology as time changes, We have been patients for almost 20 years. Ocala Lange Eye Care will contiue to be the only eye docs that my family sees. Thanks.

Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment?
No, they didn't even attempt to explain
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
No
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
