This spa is below average, especially for it's self proclaimed "luxury spa" title. While receiving a massage I constantly heard the following: toilets flushing, the door alarm going off, the phone ringing, people talking and walking by (loudly!). The spa has many cosmetic issues like chipping paint, mold, and mildew from leaks, it's messy, cluttered and poorly lit. Their complimentary "Zen Bath" is a hot tub shared by numerous people; some of which I've personally known to be HIV positive. What they advertise, you pay for and what you get are very different things. The owner apparently does not keep the spa up to code or pay required taxes. The spa also has a history of "Happy Ending" massages which attracts an undesirable clientele. Oh, and to top it off they will cancel your appt. for no apparent reason which really screwed a friend of mine over when he tried to take his wife for the day on her birthday coming in from Georgia.
