I am Aveda client around the world.
I went for the first time at Aveda`s Macys inside the Galleria Mall.
I went in January 10th, at 4pm.

My hair is brown with hair-lights blond.
I left the Aveda salon with my hair very blond, (like a poodle-almost white) with some parts orange.

The professional used to much strong products - CHEMICAL to made my hair blonde, that MY SCALP BURNED AND MY YEARS TEARED.
Since that my scalp is sensitive and hurt.
I am still loosing hair, a LOT!!!
My hair now is damage, TOO MUCH CHEMICAL products.

I am a person that take care a lot about my hair and never had a damage hair like I have now. Will take more then 1 year to recovery my hair.

And more, they charged full price US$166 and asked a tip....I will go to process this company for what they did in my hair.

They definitely care about their clients, because they provide nice, comfortable chairs in their waiting area. I was quite pleased with the seating at this spa. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
