My husband purchased a gift certificate for Valentines Day and I had an appointment for 10 a.m. and got there 10 minutes early. I waited oustide for the store to open, at 10:07 they finally opened their doors( I know this because all other stores were open promptly at 10:00). As soon at their doors opened I went in and they gave me a form to fill out. The girl that would be doing my massage came in and said they usually give a complementary foot bath but since it's already 10:10 it would be best just to start the massage. I was a little annoyed but agreed. Well, we go in the massage room and she tells me that I only have 20 minutes to do my 30 minute massage because I got there late. I explained to her that I came in as soon as the doors opened and had been waiting in the area right outside the store. She then told me she had been there since 9:40 waiting for me (which really doesnt matter if I can't get in). Both girls tried arguing with me about the time they opened and basically called me a liar.So, I left without a massage because I'm not paying full price for half of a massage...and I won't be back! Would not suggest this place to anyone!

I used to get shampoo & conditionar from this salon & one day thought to have some services & i got very bad & shamefull experience.The hairdresser named Kyra, done my hightlighted my hairs very badly. What i asked for her she did exactly apposite & when i asked her do it again on phone she asked me to come their again & tell me. When i went their she refused to accept that she'd done wrong job & she will again charge me to redone it. She disrespect me so badly infront of her other guests & staff , I felt so bad & shamed so i walked from their. She neither said sorry nor showed any regret of her behavier. Not even talked politely.I would never recommend anyone to go to her for hair service.
