I arrived in Portland on a late flight from Los Angeles. I checked into my hotel and went to bed. I woke up with a horrible kink in my neck.

The hotel concierge recommended and booked me to see Jeff at Nirvana Day Spa. He is a Chiropractor who practices massage therapy.

I got a deep tissue massage. I've got to tell you, I have had massages all over the world, and his is the best I ever had.

Also, the staff was courteous and friendly. They served me complimentary wine and let me hang out in their foot spa when I was done.

I felt like a new person, and I can not wait to return to Portland and go there again.
