I had the Stress Free Massage/facial. Ann performed my service. She was very pleasant and
nice. The facial massage was great. I enjoyed the new and stimulating movements. The mask that finished the process was one of the best I've ever experienced. I wish I had known ahead of time that I could have paid a bit extra and had my arms and hand massaged while the mask was setting. The chair was very comfortable but a heated pad would have been heaven.

Don't let the outside of the place turn you away. Beyond the front door is a very sweet and
welcoming environment.

I received the service of a facial with extractions that left my face with scars that resembled burn marks. I informed the owner of my situation and he did nothing to rectify the situation. I was belittled and my complaint was not handled professionally or taken seriously. I was asked to come to the location after normal business hours for the owner to view my scars. I repeatedly asked if my scars were normal? I was told my face was normal although Ali Kahn (the owner) specifically said "I don't know what is wrong with your face". I was told I could contact some of their other african-american clients if that would make me feel better. I was treated as if I were low class, my claim was not valid and told by the owner "I'm not giving you a refund!" I NEVER ASKED for a refund and only wanted to find out what was wrong with my face.
