I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there.
