I wasn't worried about any of their equipment. Everything was safe and well taken care of. I would recommend them to people I know. The staff was friendly enough. I'm relieved that I got an appointment within a few days of when I needed to. They seemed mostly compassionate and understanding.

Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

I was a member of this gym for over 10 years. During the past several years, this gym has declined dramatically. All of the cardio equipment is in desperate need of replacement/repair, classes are few and far between, and now the music system doesn't work. Considering that this is the most expensive gym in the area, you expect more than what you would get at a $10/month gym. However, you actually get less!!!

I recommend that you find another gym that has newer, functional cardio equipment. This gym has become a total rip-off!

I have a mental deisorder and the owner called me retarded on the phone and he knew of my condition. He also said he can say or do whatever he wants to because he owns the place.

They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. FURTHER, YOU CANNOT CANCEL QUICK ENOUGH IF YOU'RE ON THEIR MONTHLY DEBIT SYSTEM.

This place is an absolute joke. THEY ALSO HAVE EXTREMELY DANGEROUS, DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT!!!! DO NOT ATTEND THIS GYM, OR RISK SERIOUS INJURY!!! Treadmill #10 (back row of treadmills, approximately middle treadmill) has turned off suddenly on me, without warning (the electricity runs out, and the screen lights shut completely off), while running in full fast pace on 3 separate occasions in the past 6 months. I almost fell and seriously injured myself each time. I informed management of this situation, and each time, they say the machine will be serviced. Of course, I have never seen the machine taken out of service, nor have I ever seen a sign on the machine of "out of order." In fact, the very last time, when I informed them, the management representative informed me to "calm down" and they will take care of it. When I urged them to put a sign on right away, and not to be so non-chalant about this extremely dangerous situation, they blew it off...

WORD TO THE WISE, AVOID THIS GYM OR RISK SERIOUS BODILY INJURY!!!!

One thing about this gym that might attract you is that it is reasonably priced. (At least the price was relatively decent for me, approximately $22 a month, after an initiation fee of about $200). HOWEVER, AGAIN, DO NOT BE FOOLED INTO THINKING THAT THE REASONABLE PRICE IS A LEGITIMATE REASON TO ATTEND THIS GYM. YOU MAY BE INJURED BY THEIR DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT, AS I WAS, AND THAT REASONABLE PRICE THEN BECOMES OF NO SIGNIFICANCE.
