Please forgive my pique, but I am ticked off. I just spend 30 min. carefully choosing my words in this survey. Then touched a wrong key and the whole thing became garbled with endless strings of code... a waste of my time. I would like to unburden myself in a verbal report. There is not enuf room here to do justice to your helpful, intelligent, and patient staff, while making clear the problems I ran into. Namely, failing to give me a heads-up re: the opportunity to get my covid test here in Skagit Cty. instead of driving 120 miles R-T to Seattle. And failing to help with transportation... I paid someone $200 to drive me down for surgery and back. I presented many reasonable alternatives to staff and 'NO!' was my answer. I have outlived friends and family, and other senior neighbors are not willing to risk such a journey in this covid environment. (Note: I do not the name of my eye surgery. It was an infected eye.
