I am very happy with the results of my procedure. The entire process was very easy, and within a week I could already see the improvements. The staff was always friendly and efficient. Overall it was a great experience.

The positives are that Dr. Sires is a good at what he does and easy to deal with. The negatives that could use some adjustment is when Janet gave me very little notice that I had to make my final payment. She called the day before surgery and I wasn't available and then the day of surgery, I was notified that I needed to bring in cash. I would've just appreciated if she specified that in her message or attempted to contact me earlier in the week.

Dr Laukitis and the nurses were excellent-thoughtful, attentive and responsive to concerns that I had. I am looking forward to the results. The staff seemed very competent. There was a follow-up call the day after surgery which was much appreciated. I could have used that a couple of more times. It is hard to know what is typical in recovery and what is atypical. They did have good pre-surgical written procedures as well as counseling.
