I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. It was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I've ever had. It was such a fantastic experience. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They knew so much about the different types of massages. They were able to do massages that I had never even heard of before.

Not at all! They gave me my full massage, and it was fantastic!

Definitely. I felt better than I've felt in years after my massage
Did this massage therapist provide comfortable chairs to wait in before your massage?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
