Monday night I went to the Hair Shop Olathe East get my hair highlighted, no big deal, it's been highlighted dozens of times before. But somehow the highlights turned a reddish color. Two hours for red and $120. Last night I went back to get the red fixed. They added low lights and toner twice. Two and a half more hours. Now my hair is a light brown and the highlights have turned gray. Sent two emails to the owner last night and this morning for help, no reply. Very disappointing.

I have visited a few times, a few were nice hairstylists but I just had an TERRIBLE experience with one who was not helpful, had an attitude, and refused to give me options when it came to color. I have never left a stylist without a tip before in my life but I feel I was forced to. Definitely make an appointment for a trusted stylist there instead of getting whoever is on shift.
