Had a friend who is considering treatment with one of the doctors who was previously practicing there but had now left for some other place. I gave them a call to ask for some referral about the doctor and if they have any comments on his work (so I can advise my friend). The person on phone was very rude and told me to never call back. This was uncalled for, I did not do anything to insult them in anyway, was very polite and only wanted to hear some comments about the doctor's previous work. I don't care how they operate once you're there, but this is no way to treat somebody over the phone.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
