At other places I've been to, sometimes the massage therapist's hands have been too cold, but they weren't at all here. They were the perfect temperature, which made my massage even more enjoyable. I really enjoyed how friendly she was to me and how concerned she was about my comfort throughout the whole massage. She was engaging but didn't talk through the whole massage, which I find distracting. Victoria is a great masseuse and her office is conveniently located in downtown West Hartford.
