They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable.

At a chiropractic clinic you expect them to have comfortable chairs in their waiting room, and I would grade these as average. They weren't uncomfortable but the weren't terrific either. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
