Excellent chiropractic care! Would highly recommend.

-Dr. was nice, I would recommend him, I was going to go back to him for care, but I will not be going back now...because of how I was treated over the phone when I had issues with a billing statement.
-Coverage was terrible, but I think they depends on a person's insurance
-Staff "was" nice, but than they told me my balance was $0.00 and billed me for $40.00 I was smart and called them to take care of the problem. Over the phone I was told I had no idea what I was talking about and they had told me $40.00. I think I would have remembered that. I insisted that I was uninformed of the payment and upset that this had happened. The lady got unprofessional while doing so and developed very poor listening skills. I also said that I had a referral with a free exam/consultation and she said that there was nothing written on their about that. Well, that was the whole reason I went there in the first place. I wasn't just pullint these statements out of a hat. This was very frustrating.
-I imagine my grandma going to this clinic and not standing up for herself and just paying the money. $40.00 isn't a ton of money, but it is the ethics and morals behind the situation and how I was treated for mentioning it.
-I will not be going back. I hope this review will be helpful to you.
