Charles Malis, MD puts in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Concord Clinic's office was well organized and clean. Charles Malis, MD would never use foul language! They always go the extra effort to be polite and courteous! They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Charles Malis, MD was absolutely amazing and makes others in the same field look like beginners!
