Dr. Claps is wonderful. I never have pain after my adjustment. I saw a huge difference after he treated my lower back pain. He is always available to see me and my husband, and makes us feel very comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Claps to any family member or friend of mine.

Before performing my adjustment, he didn't explain the method or procedure. I had no idea what he was doing to me, but I assumed (hoped) that he knew what he was doing. He should probably work on improving his professional reputation. I was not always sure that he was going to work with me to find a solution, and sometimes it seemed like he was going to give up on trying to help me. I did not feel like I can always count on him. It seemed he was somewhat more concerned with getting my insurer to pay than with actually treating me. I would like to think that was not the case, but I have not been convinced.

I will absolutely return to Albert P. Claps, DC. I had an amazing experience. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
