I went to Knight Family Chiropractor last year because I have several issues with my back. I was in a lot of pain and after one week of visits I felt much better. I spent more than $500.00 out of pocket. Unfortunately, because I started feeling better, my insurance company decided not to pay anything and I was informed I would have to sign another contract before I could receive the remainder of my cate. Under the contract that I had signed, I still had more visits due, but was informed my care had ended under that contract. Therefore, as they breached our contract I refused to give them anymore money. The office contacted me and I informed them that I was unhappy with how I was treated after they found out my insurance company was not going to be paying them anything. I would have been more than happy to continue to pay for my services just as I had been doing, but was never asked to do so. All I wanted was for the remainder of my visits, which I had been paying under the contract, to continue. They immediately turned my file over to a collection agency. I do not recommend this chiropractor because he seems to be more concerned with making more money than the actual patient.
