I did not go to Dr. Carrino for care, but to be seen as a QME consult, however, they paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I did feel a little less pain after my chiropractic treatment, but nothing major. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. Dr. Carrino relies on new, equipment and treatment avenues. However, he sometimes does not realize his own strength and cause pain which I have not experienced with other Chiropractors. I often got relieve and other times, had to come right back in for treatment to correct.

This chiropractor has never misdiagnosed me. They always are able to find the source of my pain. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.
