I did feel a little less pain after my chiropractic treatment, but nothing major. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I have been going to Dr. Ratliff for 15-20 years. I have scoliosis and it is well managed by only occassional visits to Dr. Ratliff. I have always been treated quickly and efficiently. Dr. Ratliff was very sensitive to my fear of physical manipulation and uses a device that works well to gently manipulate whenever possible I have been to several chiropractors over the years and feel that Dr. Ratliff is the most effective. He resolves my issues quickly without the need for 2-3 visits per week like many Chiropractors have requested. Dr. Ratliff is always learning and investing in new methods and equipment to best resove patient needs. I recommend him HIGHLY!!! I have also found his staff to be very courteous and efficient..

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me! It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference! Ratliff Chiropractic explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
