They barely gave me any information at all. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.(I could overhear MANY disparaging remarks from receptionists PLUS heard confidential medical info being talked abt by them!! I feel like my appointment was pointless. The Dr was ROUGH with my body and I felt worse when I left.--left with bruises & pain. I had the hardest time finding their office,--apparently have moved, but gave me the OLD address!! and I had to stop in other offices to find theirs! Plus--the exam room was stacked HIGH with other patients charts & registration forms---if this is their idea of HIPPA laws--shred my info NOW!!

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.
