Dr. Belza has performed 2 surgeries on me. He fused my neck and has also done a Dicsectomy on my lower back. He has also helped me in dealing with my insurance. He treats his patient like real people. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a Neurologist.

Dr. Belza is an exceptional surgeon. It is common for his patients to comment that their surgical outcome is actually better than they thought possible in terms of reduced pain, mobility, and correction of numbness. Because he treats every patient with respect and urgency his surgical and appointment schedules are full, there are occasions when the waiting room falls behind. On the other hand there has never been a time that he did not give me his full attention and answer my questions. He is sensitive to patient perceptions and when offended he becomes very direct in his responses which does not interfere with his professional acumen. He stays current with medical advances and technique. As for my personal result with surgery, I was not expected to be able to walk but am able to do so with some minor shakiness of gate. I use a cane. I still have some issues with pain and numbness, but he is sensitive to my level of comfort. I have seen a lot of doctors but it is difficult to imagine a better neurosurgeon. The office staff is excellent and demonstrates his thorough recruitment standards.
