They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need
