What happened to mandatory reporting? Dr. refuses to take calls from concerned family members of the Alzheimer patient. Dr. has not reported this dangerous patient to the Sheriff concerning the patients obsession with carrying a concealed weapon and having a permit to do so even though he has threatened to shoot several people over the last 2 years. Sheriff states they need a statement from the doctor to do anything but family can't get one from her. The Dr. has not even reported this patient to DMV which should have happens 2 years ago when he reported seeing flashes of light and loosing hours of time while driving his vehicle. Patient is heavily medicated with Methadone and nods out behind the wheel constantly and shouldn't be driving anyway, as evident by all the dents and scratches on his vehicle. When this man kills someone with his car or gun we will all be pointing the finger at you Dr. Keller!

Dr Keller makes an extra effort to get to know her patients and find out what they need. She always remember me and make me feel very important. The office was easy enough to find. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. Their office was well organized and clean.

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
