I have been with Dr.Groom for over 20 yrs. He is an excellent doctor, very caring, and even on the weekend came in-in an instant to care for my daughter. His staff in the front change constantly. But staff in the back that have been there forever are great! The wait is ridiculous at times, as I have waited for up to 4hrs! Overall, I will continue seeing him because of the care he gives.

Dr. Groom is exceptional and truly cares for his patients. Sometimes there's a wait in the waiting room, but that's just because he takes time to listen and care with each patient.
Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they are extremely reliable. The staff was extremely warm, welcoming, appropriately and professionally dressed, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. The office is always very neat and clean.

The best doctor I have ever had. A caring friendky guy that I can say anything to. He is smart and I believe genuienly interested in my well being. Hope he never retires.
