I was disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. Always inpatient and hurrying up. No messages are taken for doctor , so he could advice what can be done pryor to appointment on thsi very hard day with my face. I'm satisfied with my visit. Dr. Hartman was helpful and encouraging.
But don't understand why some questions can't be talked over the phone, since i have a dozenof different ointments, and need to attend a very important meeting regading employment.

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
