I thought the doctor was friendly enough. I was more concerned with the job being done. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.
