I was diagnosed with crohns in 2012 and told her I fealt poisoned. I rolled my car and cracked a amalgam in March 2012. She kept me on 3 to $400 dollars of supplements a month untill I asked for her to partner w/ another doc in 2013 to run a heavy metals test. It came back full of mecury, aluminum,cadmium in the highest levels. She didn't report the test to me for 2 months,never looked in my mouth once. Found her dentist in Nampa Dr. Ferrell who removed all her metal from her mouth, but she never looked in mine. She'll keep you sick ,buying $1000 of supplements without going to the root cause. Dishonest,lies and deceit for patients with toxic symptoms yet she had All her metal taken out.Her new patient forms have nothing to do with amalgams. If you want to stay poisoned she's your doc.

Gail truly cares about her patients and addresses our individual needs. She is especially good asking questions about our personal/professional lives so she is aware of our psychological state that is affecting our bodies. Also, she takes the time to help us understand every procedure and every test, as well as the results and what they mean. In addition, each employee makes me feel they know and care about me.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
