I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere . Spence did not listen to my problems, misdiagnosed, and didn’t seem to care about me as a person. I read his doctor notes later and found way too many errors. The notes had incorrect information about me personally and my health problem. His staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful; they were rude to me and my family. They seem to have an agenda, but it not helping people.
