Waiting time is over 2 hours. Not interested in listening too much. Great doctor for epidurals and shots. Followups are done appropriate. Administrative Office is overbearing, loud, disagreeable with patients, argumentative, schedules and patients document files missing from my file at appointment, approvals are not done when patient arrives at next appointment, Office does not followup all the time with appointments and calls to the patient, Charges of billings procedures are incorrect, no billing statement is provided to the patient at the time of the procedure, office in disarray, nurse confused on what procedure being done to patient, inappropriate discussions with patients in front of other patients,
