Staff is nice, however Dr. Gnuechtel is not as helpful in finding solutions for my hearing loss as I expect. I am going to find another doctor to get another opinion since it has been 5 years and my hearing is getting much worse. He also is not interested in my full medical history, including sinus issues and migraines.

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me
